Heart disease is less common for these People
New York: A study on South
Asian people found that cardiovascular diseases were less likely to cause
diabetes. One of the researchers said that the Lower Body Mass Index (BMI)
among those who take vegetarian care is a person of Indian origin. Compared to
meat consumers, the waist circumference is
small in size, low fat in the stomach, less cholesterol and blood sugar. This was revealed by
researchers at the Nutrition-2018 conference in Boston.
The data was collected and
researched by samples collected from 892 samples from South Asia at the age of
55. The same is true that men who take vegetarian care are less likely to
develop a coronary artery calcium. The group stated that more studies are needed
to determine whether or not the health is to
protect the heart.
