War Helicopters are coming

WASHINGTON: The US State Department has approved the sale of six Boeing AH-64 Apache helicopters to India. According to a statement released by the US Defense Security Cooperation Agency, India's proposal to strengthen India-US strategic ties to India's warplanes Political stability in South Asia has described it as an act of improving the security of its key partner (India), which is critical to peace and economic progress.

Besides the combat helicopters, the US State Department has issued a green signal to sell four ANE AGP-78 Fire Control Radars, Hellfire Longbow missiles, Sting Black missiles, GPS Internal Navigation systems and training equipment to India. The value of this deal is estimated at over Rs 5,000 crore.
