Four women died
Jayanthur / Malkangiri: Mao-affected area in Chhattisgarh has suffered serious headache in Dantewada district. The train struck women running from the railway bridge. Four women were killed in the incident. Two other survivors survived and survived. As many as six women from the village of Kupar in Dantewada area went to the surrounding areas to get sticks. Four women were killed on the spot when the train collided. Two other women were killed when they saw the goods train and jumped into the river. The accident took place on the way from Dantewada to Karali village.
As soon as the information was received, the railway police and Army came to the spot and pulled the bodies from the railway track. The dead bodies were shifted to a local hospital for post-mortem. Also, two seriously injured women are taken to the hospital and provided medical services. However, when the train ran over the railway bridge, the police said they were unable to escape from the accident.
